Job Title: Head of Delivery
Location: Vietnam (Relocation Support Provided)
Role Overview
As the Head of Delivery, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of our game projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize delivery processes, and act as the bridge between development, product, and commercial stakeholders. You will play a key role in building and growing the production department from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Strategy
- Build the project management department from the ground up by learning the needs of slot and platform projects and shaping processes to support them.
- Define and implement delivery strategies, frameworks, and KPIs aligned with global goals.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality.
Operational Excellence
- Establish scalable Agile delivery processes (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
- Drive continuous improvement across planning, execution, and release cycles.
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure transparency across all projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key liaison across teams and global product, tech, and commercial stakeholders.
- Provide clear reporting on portfolio health, timelines, and delivery risks.
Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit, build, and mentor Project Managers, Producers, and Delivery Leads.
- Foster a strong performance-driven and collaborative culture.
- Develop internal talent and create leadership pipelines.

Financial & Resource Management
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining delivery quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in game production/delivery, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Head of Delivery, Delivery Director, etc.).
- Proven track record of shipping multiple games, ideally in Gaming / slots / online streaming game
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, SDLC, and delivery best practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Solid experience in budget ownership, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Familiarity with Gaming regulations (GLI, MGA) is a plus.
- Experience in setting up or scaling teams in new markets is highly preferred.
