Accountabilities

• Own and develop the product strategy and roadmap, defining priorities that deliver measurable business and customer value.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, design collaboration, feature prioritization, agile execution, and adoption tracking.
• Use data analysis, A/B testing, and performance metrics to guide product decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Identify and deliver quick wins while balancing long-term product vision and scalability.
• Continuously analyze product performance, user behavior, and business data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management within B2C environments, working in agile teams.
• Proven track record of independently delivering successful digital products or complex product initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data, user insights, and A/B test results into actionable decisions.
• Experience prioritizing product opportunities based on business impact and customer value.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
