Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Marketing Leadership
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for a multi-unit restaurant portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong, differentiated brand identities across concepts
- Create modern marketing initiatives that drive guest traffic, engagement, and revenue growth
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction across all channels
- Partner with leadership on long-term growth and expansion initiatives
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Lead social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement initiatives
- Develop innovative digital campaigns that increase brand awareness and guest loyalty
- Improve online presence, digital storytelling, and customer engagement
- Monitor trends, analytics, and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness

Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or lifestyle brands
