Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist to actively source, recruit, and headhunt franchise consultants across the United States and Canada.

This is not a passive HR role. You will be responsible for outbound recruiting, networking, and building a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates who are motivated to build careers in franchise consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and headhunt franchise consultants using LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, messages, emails) to attract qualified candidates
  • Screen, qualify, and assess candidates for alignment with IFBC’s business model
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interview coordination → onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across the USA and Canada
  • Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment with growth targets
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs and performance metrics
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies, messaging, and conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and recruitment systems

Performance Expectations

  • Daily outbound activity (calls, messages, follow-ups)
  • Consistent pipeline generation of qualified candidates
  • Weekly interview targets and onboarding goals
  • Ability to recruit and onboard multiple consultants per month
  • Strong focus on speed, quality, and conversion

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring
  • Strong outbound sourcing and headhunting experience (LinkedIn, cold outreach, etc.)
  • Sales mindset with the ability to persuade and influence candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and recruitment tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Background

  • Experience in franchise, business opportunity, or commission-based recruitment
  • Background in sales, consulting, or business development
  • Understanding of entrepreneurial or franchise business models
