About the Role
- Take on the responsibility for development and testing of complex VHDL/Verilog projects in FPGAs.
- Participation in hardware architecture design.
- Performing early trade-off studies with the evaluation boards and platforms.
- Developing and verifying of digital signal processing algorithms using Python or MATLAB.
- Design, simulation, coding and verification of software defined radio projects in FPGAs and DSPs for applications for wide band RF signal processing, including JESD204B/C interfaces, Ethernet 10G/100G, FFT, DDC/DUC, filtering, signal generators etc.
- Perform timing and area optimizations of FPGA designs.
- Participation in hardware bring-up and troubleshooting.
- Working with RF test equipment (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers).
- Developing automatic tests for software defined radio devices.

Requirements
- B.Sc. or higher in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or similar.
- Proven track record in VHDL or Verilog programming.
- Proficiency in the use of the following tools: XilinxVivado, Altera/Intel Quartus, Modelsim.
- Experience with Linux (as a user), bash, TCL and Python scripting.
- 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
