The **Student Outreach Specialist** is responsible for managing direct communication with students via calls, chats, and texts to provide support and information. This role contributes to the organization by ensuring effective outreach and customer service, helping students and alumni navigate their educational pathways. The position is fully remote and supports multiple shifts, enabling flexible coverage and responsiveness.

3. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and texts while meeting productivity goals

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance on inquiries

• Document and update customer information in the CRM system

• Follow escalation procedures and internal policies to resolve issues

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and client requirements

• Apply training materials and share knowledge with team members

• Meet or exceed performance metrics and key performance indicators

4. Requirements:

• Passion for supporting others and delivering quality service

• Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Proficiency in operating various technical devices and systems

• Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues

• High school diploma or equivalent

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Starting salary at $17.50 per hour, depending on experience
