Pay Range: $63.00 – $70.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst (WMS/TMS SME) to support enterprise transportation, warehouse, and logistics systems across mission-critical supply chain operations. This role serves as the primary functional expert for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), supporting production operations, system enhancements, and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in warehouse and transportation workflows, strong production support experience, and the ability to translate operational requirements into functional designs, configurations, and integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Functional Leadership

• Serve as functional SME for WMS and TMS applications
• Analyze logistics and warehouse requirements and translate into functional and system design
• Support system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization

Production Support & Incident Management

• Provide daily support for WMS and TMS production systems
• Troubleshoot operational issues across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound shipping flows
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate resolution across IT teams and vendors

Integration & Architecture Support

• Support integrations across WMS, TMS, mainframe, carrier, and third-party logistics systems
• Support EDI, API, and middleware-based supply chain integrations
• Contribute to solution architecture and integration design

Oracle TMS Cloud & Vendor Coordination

• Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs)
• Support quarterly cloud upgrade validation and regression testing
• Coordinate vendor activities and integration testing

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years supporting enterprise WMS and logistics systems
• Experience acting as WMS / TMS functional SME
• Strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping)
• Experience configuring and supporting PkMS workflows and rules
• Experience supporting Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
• Experience with WMS/TMS integrations (EDI, APIs, middleware)
• Experience supporting full SDLC lifecycle
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Desired Skills

• Manhattan WMS PkMS (v2003 preferred)
• Shipment visibility platforms (Project44 or similar)
• Voice-directed warehouse solutions (Vocollect)
• Warehouse hardware integrations (RF scanners, label printers, voice devices)
• Experience with release/change management tools (ALM, DevOps, ALDON)
• Experience supporting SSO and application access management
• Automotive, manufacturing, or high-volume distribution domain experience
• 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
• Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
