About The Position

The L&M Project Manager drives the design, execution, and continuous improvement of learning and mentoring initiatives across studios. This role ensures alignment with strategic goals, enhances employee development, and supports the integration of learning into daily workflows.

Responsibilities

📚 Learning & Mentoring Program Management

  • Lead the rollout of mentoring programs and experiential learning flows (e.g. onboarding journeys, role-based plans).
  • Collaborate with HR, CTG, and studio leads to ensure program relevance and adoption.
  • Track and report on engagement, skill progression, and ROI (e.g. Revenue Per Employee uplift).


🗂 Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with Discipline Leads and Producers
  • Maintain detailed schedules, resource plans, and risk registers.
  • Organize reviews (e.g. sprint planning, retrospectives) and prepare dashboards and post-mortem reports.


🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and feedback loops across teams, SMEs and leadership.


🔍 Risk & Issue Management

  • Conduct monthly risk assessments and escalate critical issues with impact analysis.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with data and privacy standards.


🧠 Process Optimization

  • Promote Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies tailored to team needs.
  • Continuously improve workflows, tools, and documentation practices.
  • Support competency framework development and skill taxonomy mapping
