Product Owner

Fully Remote

3-6 Month Contract, Ability to Extend


Brooksource is seeking four Product Owners to support our Fortune 100 financial services partner. These roles sit within key technology product teams and business units supporting Salesforce‑enabled platforms, AI‑assisted agent tools, enterprise API and security modernizations, and SmartAuction/Auto underwriting workflows. This is a strong opportunity to work on highly visible, business‑critical products inside a modern, data‑driven environment.


Responsibilities

  • Shape AI‑assisted experiences for agent workflows inside Salesforce (summaries, routing, recommendations, next‑best‑action).
  • Partner with Data Science & Engineering on model selection, prompting, guardrails, telemetry, and success metrics.
  • Act as a change agent—drive enablement, training, and adoption; create feedback loops to improve model utility.
  • Experience with LLMs or ML‑powered features; understanding of AI risk (bias, privacy, explainability).


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Product Ownership fundamentals—requirements refinement, backlog management, acceptance criteria, and roadmap planning.
  • Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce‑enabled workflows (no hands‑on config required)
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, cloud‑based systems, and enterprise integrations.
  • Comfortable working in regulated environments (financial services, insurance, healthcare).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to drive clarity and alignment among cross‑functional teams.
