The Role
We are seeking a strong and self-motivated Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives. This role will focus on driving technical releases and overseeing migration activities from current (“as-is”) platforms to future (“to-be”) solutions.
You will work across cross-functional teams to deliver secure, resilient outcomes on time, within scope and budget, while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects and releases
- Plan and execute technology migrations (e.g. legacy to cloud, platform upgrades, data centre exits, application modernisation)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple technology domains
- Manage scope, timelines, and delivery against agreed outcomes
- Ensure operational readiness, including monitoring, support models, runbooks, SLAs, and transition to BAU
- Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management
- Work within both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks
- Engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record delivering complex technical projects in enterprise environments
- Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager within technology-driven programmes
- Hands-on experience managing platform and technology migrations from planning through to cutover and stabilisation
- Experience across multiple technology platforms (e.g. cloud, on-premise, SaaS, data platforms, integration/middleware)
- Experience operating in regulated or large-scale environments with strong governance and controls
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure and integration workflows
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to remain confident and effective under pressure
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Positive, proactive team player with experience working in large programmes
