Senior .NET Software Engineer
Fully Remote – Ireland ¦¦ Contract ¦¦ Rate: €500 - €550 per day DOE ¦¦ 12 Month Contract (Extension Likely)
Architect, build, and scale software used by global users - while working remotely from Ireland.
TechHeads is currently seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join one of our high-growth US clients. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex systems, influence architecture, and work directly with US-based engineering leadership.
As a Senior .NET Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance applications. You’ll work in a modern cloud-first environment, collaborating with distributed teams across the US and Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable applications using .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core
- Lead architecture decisions across microservices and distributed systems
- Develop and maintain high-quality RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with US-based product, DevOps, and engineering teams
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Contribute to performance optimisation and system reliability
- Participate in agile ceremonies and technical planning

You’ll typically be working with:
