About The Role

Were looking for a Web Developer & Designer who can build clean, functional, and modern web solutions while using AI tools as a core part of their workflow.

This is not a role focused on managing dozens of client websites or making endless content edits. The work is more focused and strategic, including internal tools, landing pages, dashboards, HTML layouts, lightweight web builds, and prototypes connected to automation and reporting systems.

Youll use AI tools to work faster, prototype smarter, and turn ideas into working outputs without unnecessary complexity. Strong HTML knowledge that improves prompting and AI-assisted development is genuinely valued here.

We want someone who enjoys creative problem-solving, is curious about emerging technology, and can deliver polished, professional results with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain WordPress websites, landing pages, and internal tools using Elementor and WooCommerce where required

• Create clean, responsive HTML/CSS layouts and templates
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, or similar platforms to accelerate development and design workflows
• Turn briefs and rough concepts into fast-working prototypes
• Build web interfaces connected to automation systems and reporting platforms
• Assist with UX/UI layout, visual design, and content structure across internal projects
• Collaborate closely with the team on web-related components of larger automation and data projects
• Maintain and improve existing web assets as required
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce
• Solid HTML and CSS skills
• Experience creating responsive, mobile-friendly layouts
• Hands-on experience using AI tools within development or design workflows
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and clean visual layout design
• Basic JavaScript knowledge
• Ability to work independently, manage workload effectively, and communicate clearly
• Creative thinker who can turn ideas into practical working solutions
• Reliable, self-managed, and easy to collaborate with

• Experience with Figma, Canva, Affinity Designer, or Adobe Creative Suite
