Job Description

Director of Marketing

Hybrid | Temecula, CA (Relocation Assistance Available If Not Local)

$135,000–$180,000 Base Salary

A fast-growing healthcare organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead multi-brand marketing initiatives across outpatient healthcare services. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building scalable processes, and wants a true seat at the executive table.

This role is ideal for a healthcare marketing leader who understands both strategy and execution — someone who can develop high-performing teams, challenge vendors with deep technical expertise, and use data to drive measurable patient growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor an in-house creative and content team including videographers, photographers, and marketing specialists
  • Build and execute comprehensive marketing plans and budgets from the ground up
  • Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns across multiple healthcare service lines
  • Own campaign performance tracking, patient acquisition metrics, reporting, and KPI analysis
  • Partner directly with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational growth goals
  • Manage and hold external agencies accountable through strong digital marketing and Google Ads expertise
  • Drive innovation through AI adoption, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and clinical leadership teams to support growth and patient engagement

Qualifications

  • Strong healthcare marketing experience required — ideally within ambulatory, outpatient, physician group, or primary care environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing marketing teams
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, digital campaign mechanics, reporting, and analytics
  • Experience building marketing plans and budgets from scratch, not just executing existing strategies
  • Ability to analyze KPIs, reporting cadence, patient growth metrics, and campaign performance data
  • Familiarity with payer/provider healthcare dynamics strongly preferred
  • Experience with Tableau, AI tools, and advanced analytics platforms is a plus

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • High visibility role with direct partnership alongside executive leadership
  • Opportunity to work in a growth-focused environment with minimal red tape and fast decision-making
  • Strong runway toward future executive leadership opportunities
  • Collaborative, high-energy culture that values autonomy, innovation, and ownership
  • Ability to launch impactful projects quickly and directly influence organizational strategy

Schedule

  • Hybrid opportunity based in Temecula, CA
  • Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm
  • Additional flexibility may occasionally be needed based on project demands
