2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Data Scientist for Go-to-Market role serves as the analytical backbone of the revenue organization. Positioned within the go-to-market (GTM) function, this role is responsible for owning key metrics that evaluate pipeline performance, sales execution, and revenue forecasting. The position influences strategic decision-making by shaping the questions and systems used for analysis. It partners closely with product intelligence and data engineering teams, acting as the embedded analytics expert for GTM.
3. Responsibilities:
• Own metrics and reporting related to sales execution including pipeline health, quota attainment, conversion rates, sales cycle, account manager coverage, and segment economics.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and revenue operations to translate strategic inquiries into measurement frameworks and operating cadences.

• Develop data foundations for GTM analytics such as account-manager tracking, territory and quota models, opportunity-stage instrumentation, and rep-level performance views.
• Conduct detailed analyses including win/loss reviews, lead source effectiveness, segmentation, and expansion drivers to inform GTM resource allocation.
• Influence CRM, internal tools, and data models used across GTM by setting standards for data capture, integration, and trust.
4. Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in data science or analytics, with at least 3 years in GTM, revenue operations, or sales analytics within an enterprise or B2B SaaS context.
• Advanced skills in SQL and proficiency in Python for analytics, modeling, and experimentation.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data, pipeline mechanics, quota and territory models, and enterprise sales operations.

• Strong experience with dbt and modern analytics stacks; ability to collaborate with data engineering on production pipelines.
• Proven track record as an embedded analytics partner, able to build trust and clarify strategic questions.
• Demonstrated initiative to independently build dashboards, write SQL, and implement frameworks.
• Experience delivering data products that drive behavioral change beyond static dashboards.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• $180,000-225,000 plus equity and benefits (range spans Senior and Staff levels).
