JOB BRIEF
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Industrial Relations & Compliance) with strong hands-on exposure to Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, statutory compliance, labour laws, government liaison, recruitment, onboarding, training, and complete employee lifecycle management including full & final settlements. This is a manufacturing-focused HR role requiring practical experience in managing workforce discipline, labour matters, and administrative governance in factory environments. The role involves handling a team of approximately 20 members and requires close coordination with senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Talent & Workforce Management
• End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training of employees
• Workforce planning, manpower optimization, and performance discipline
• Handling and guiding a team of approximately 20 members including center incharges
• Time, attendance, and shift management across locations

• Handling employee exits, full & final settlements, PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory closures
• Monitoring workforce productivity, conduct, and compliance standards
2. Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relations
• Complete ownership of statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factory Act, Labour Laws
• Liaison with government departments, inspectors, and statutory authorities
• Handling factory registrations, renewals, and compliance documentation
• Managing industrial relations and handling labour unions in a firm yet balanced manner
• Handling inspections, notices, show cause matters, and statutory documentation
3. Payroll & Administration
• Payroll processing, verification, and statutory deductions
• Office administration and supervision of HR & admin functions
• Maintenance of employee records, contracts, registers, and statutory documentation
• ERP-based HR operations and MIS reporting

4. Governance, Controls & Process Improvement
• Review organizational HR and compliance processes objectively
• Identify gaps, risks, and weaknesses in HR governance
• Implement strong systems, SOPs, and controls to improve consistency
• Ensure the organization remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain strong documentation discipline and audit readiness
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
Analytical & Problem Resolution Capability
• Strong ability to deeply analyse problems and identify root causes
• Capability to design and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ability to convert observations into practical systems, controls, and SOPs
• Strong decision-making ability based on data, patterns, and practical experience
• High attention to detail in documentation, statutory records, and compliance Functional & Domain Expertise
• Strong hands-on knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Factory Act, and Labour Laws

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
• MBA / Master's Degree in HR or related discipline (mandatory) Experience • 3–7 years of relevant experience as an HR professional in a reputed organization
• Prior exposure to manufacturing / factory environments is mandatory
• Experience in handling multi-location workforce preferred Special Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
• Proficiency in MS Office and major ERP systems
• Willingness to travel regularly to manufacturing centers across Telangana
• Relocation to Nizamabad is mandatory
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability orientation
• High level of discretion, integrity, tact, and professional judgmen
