We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex commercial HVAC and plumbing projects throughout the Phoenix area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will serve as a key liaison between field operations, clients, and internal departments, coordinating all aspects of project execution from planning through completion. Your leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will be critical in driving project success and contributing to our continued growth and reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, from pre-construction planning through final closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget parameters.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and quality standards.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership on project progress and performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing proactive solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, MEP systems, and applicable building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
