Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to support company’s content marketing efforts in APAC.


In this role, you will focus on executing content initiatives for APAC markets, with a focus on customer storytelling, video and content support, and development of blog and customer-facing materials.


You will work closely with US and APAC marketing teams, as well as local stakeholders, to bring company’s value to users through high-quality, localized content. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role suited to someone who is comfortable building relationships with customers and writing a compelling narrative.



In this role, you will primarily be responsible for:


Customer story pipeline

  • Build and manage a rolling pipeline of customer story candidates across APAC markets, in close coordination with Sales and Field Marketing
  • Lead end-to-end story production, including customer outreach, interview coordination, drafting, review, and approval
  • Write and edit high-quality case studies, written stories, and video story briefs that highlight real customer outcomes and use cases
  • Maintain the customer story calendar and tracking to keep production on schedule


Content creation and production

  • Create and edit content across formats: blog posts, whitepapers, customer stories, email copy, sales-facing assets
  • Support the production of video content and short-form social videos (planning, scripting, production coordination)
  • Execute content production and publishing based on the editorial calendar
  • Organize and update existing content, including light content audits
  • Partner with the global web team to support content uploads


Cross-functional collaboration

  • Communicate regularly with partner marketing teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and video production partners
  • Gather and organize content inputs from internal and external stakeholders


We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience creating content across channels such as blogs, social media, email, or video
  • Experience with B2B marketing
  • Experience working with video and social content
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English


It’s a plus if you also have:

  • Fluency in another language in addition to English e.g. Korean, Japanese
  • Knowledge of SEO and content performance analysis
