Position: Full Stack Software Developer
Location: The Hague, Netherlands
Core Responsibilities
- Design & Development of software modules for the IOTA tool suite (front‑end & back‑end).
- Implement new features and enhance existing system components.
- Ensure system performance, stability, and integration coherence.
- Maintain technical documentation (system + user).
- Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies and backlog management (JIRA).
- Contribute to peer reviews and code quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, functional, E2E).
- Collaborate with Lead Developer, PM, and Service Delivery Manager.
- Provide remote and on‑site support, including possible TDY travel.
- Ensure deliverables meet performance, quality, and security KPIs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture and processes.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
