Job Description


We’re partnering with our client to find a talented Systems Administrator, Engineering Operations to support their team. This is a fully remote Temp role requiring in-region talent. The position involves supporting enterprise systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, and internally-developed tools, with a focus on operations and troubleshooting.


Systems Administrator, Engineering Operations Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor support channels such as Slack, responding promptly to user and support requests.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system issues requiring elevated permissions or engineering intervention across Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, and other enterprise tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering or partner teams following documentation and protocols.

Systems Administrator, Engineering Operations Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, SaaS Administrator, or similar role.
  • Proven experience supporting and configuring Slack, Google Workspace, and Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum and project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
