Rate: 7 million COP per month (independent contract)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Meta & Google Ads Specialist to lead and scale our paid advertising efforts. This is not just an administrative role. We need a high-level strategist with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing significant budgets, optimizing full-funnel strategies, and driving growth through data-driven decisions. You will act as a proactive partner, continuously testing and improving campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns (awareness, retargeting, and conversion) across Meta and Google Ads.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to maximize ROI.
- A/B Testing & Scaling: Conduct rigorous testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify and implement scaling opportunities.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad assets that align with overall business goals.
- Industry Leadership: Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive.
- Expert Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns with documented results in ROAS and CPA improvements.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and clear performance reports.
- Education & Growth: Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous testing and improvement.
