LHH Recruitment Solutions is helping a small PR/Marketing and branding firm in Milwaukee who is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to provide exceptional day-to-day service to their assigned client accounts.
You’ll interface with various agency specialists to move projects through the agency on behalf of their clients. This role is important and will have major input in developing strategic marketing and communications plans for their clients, and after plans are developed, presented to and approved, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the execution, keep momentum and proactively identify risks and opportunities. This includes leadership in public relations initiatives, media strategy, and crisis/issues management – ensuring clients are prepared, protected, and positioned appropriately, at all times.
You’ll be challenged by working to learn about and execute projects in many disciplines - from advertising and marketing to digital communications and social media, to public relations and crisis/issues management.
This is a hybrid role working 3 days in a downtown Milwaukee office with relocation assistance being offered. Fully remote is not possible.

Skill Requirements
Must-Have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, or Integrated Communications experience
- Experience in an Agency Environment
- Proven ability in Client Accounts Management)
- Strong Communications Strategy, writing skills
- Ability to manage project budgets
Preferred:
- Experience with B2B and B2C client sectors like Healthcare or Technology/Software or AI
- Proactive problem-solving skills
