To support this mission, we are seeking a Test Engineer dedicated to ensuring that every solution we deliver is robust, dependable, and meets the highest standards of quality. You will play a critical role in our commitment to delivering reliable software that our clients can trust in high-stakes environments.
We are ideally looking for a candidate who holds an active Security Clearance to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans for both new "clean-slate" products and existing core components.
- Collaborating deeply with Software Engineers throughout the entire development lifecycle, from initial requirements capture to final deployment.
- Designing, building, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to increase delivery velocity while ensuring system correctness.
- Performing rigorous manual and automated testing (including unit, integration, and system-level tests) to validate technical approaches.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, working closely with the engineering team to drive rapid resolution and prevent regressions.
- Helping to evolve our engineering processes by integrating quality assurance checkpoints into our continuous integration pipelines.

Desirable Skills
- Strong command of common testing methodologies (e.g., Black-box, White-box, Regression, and Exploratory testing).
- Proven experience with automated testing tools and frameworks relevant to modern operating systems, such as Android or iOS.
- Experience working within a CI/CD environment and an understanding of how to integrate automated quality gates into the build process.
- A "shift-left" mindset, with a demonstrated ability to engage in design reviews and requirement analysis to catch issues early.
- Familiarity with security-focused testing practices or vulnerability assessment.
- Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
