In a nutshell
At Picnic we design and build everything in-house. From last-mile delivery, to automation, to powerful workforce apps, the Internal Products Design team shapes the products used across our one of a kind supply chain. Our aim is to design products that improve the work-lives of our Picnic colleagues, whilst moving the business forward and ensuring a flawless customer experience. Alongside our product teams, we’re part of a company-wide UX guild. From enterprise tools and automated warehouses to e-commerce and custom-built EVs, UX at Picnic spans it all. Getting curious? Tricks of the trade
- Own the design of products, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across our tools.
- Navigate complex systems to create user-centered solutions that balance business goals and human needs.
- Use qualitative research to inform your decisions, regularly testing with real users supported by our UX research team.
- Drive projects end-to-end, from problem definition to polished UI and thorough documentation.
- Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and a seamless user experience.
- Learn and grow through regular feedback and mentorship from experienced UX designers and researchers.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain a consistent visual language across products.
- Keep improving, iterating, exploring, and challenging the status quo. Design is never finished.

- Master’s degree in a relevant design field
- 3-5 years of experience as UX or Product Designer
- Portfolio with product design cases and solid explanation
- Experience in designing for B2B or enterprise apps
- Confident using Figma
- Solid understanding of sketching UI concepts with great eye for detail
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Holder of an EU work permit
