We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions, offer solutions, and be the liaison between our clients & our digital marketing team.
Remote position:
This is a fully remote position. That said, if you're in San Diego, this can be a flex in-office/WFH opportunity!
About Us:
We are a digital agency that focuses on serving health and wellness practices (chiropractors, etc.) with paid social advertising and a software/platform to turn social media viewers into recurring patients.
Automated Practice is a small team of about six, half in the office in Scripps Ranch (with a few contractors outside of CA). We believe in a strong work-life balance, free snacks, growing efficiently, working hard, and having fun.
Details:
Salary is negotiable based on experience, roughly $40,000 to $55,000. We are looking to fulfill this role with someone who loves being client-facing, is great on the phone, and is even better via Zoom. We pride ourselves on offering the best service in the industry, and that will shine through you.

Having a background in digital marketing is a major bonus.
Since we're small, hiring a good personality fit #1, so we are happy to hire junior levels and train. For this reason, the salary range would be too wide to post. I'm happy to be transparent about it based on your background.
