Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer Artist with a strong sense of design, timing, and storytelling. The role demands hands on experience in motion graphics along with a solid understanding of integrating AI tools into the creative workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Design and animate motion graphics for reels, YouTube videos, brand films, ads, explainers, and digital campaigns.
Develop style frames, storyboards, and animation concepts from briefs and scripts.
Create 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, logo reveals, and transitions.
Integrate AI tools for ideation, asset generation, rotoscoping, and faster iteration.

Collaborate with editors and creative leads to ensure brand alignment and project goals.
Deliver multiple projects within agreed timelines.
Required Skills
2+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer Artist.
Strong portfolio or showreel (mandatory).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Practical experience with AI tools like Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Topaz, or Adobe Firefly.
Strong grip on typography, composition, color, and rhythm.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender.
Knowledge of VFX and advanced animation techniques.
Familiarity with Figma and social media content formats.
