About the Opportunity

The Sr. Product Analytics Manager will be a key contributor to data-driven decision-making within the Partnership Product area. This role partners with senior leaders and multiple teams to generate insights that shape the product roadmap and strategy. The position involves translating broad questions into actionable research, modeling feature impacts, defining success criteria, and driving experimentation. The role is critical for growing the platform by enhancing partner adoption and satisfaction.



Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders across Product and teams in Data Science, Data Engineering, Partnerships, Finance, and Operations.
  • Strategic Insights: Generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to guide core product strategy.
  • Research & Discovery: Translate broad, ambiguous questions into structured research and discovery plans.
  • Proactive Exploration: Perform proactive data exploration to identify hidden user insights and platform trends.
  • Feature Modeling: Model the potential impact of new product features and establish quantitative success criteria.
  • Experimentation: Drive the end-to-end experimentation framework and evaluate the performance of new product launches.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical results and data narratives effectively to diverse, non-technical stakeholders.



Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in analytics or data science, with at least 2+ years focused specifically on product analytics.
  • Product Metrics: Deep understanding of standard product analytics metrics such as conversion, churn, engagement, retention, and LTV.
  • A/B Testing: Strong experience in A/B testing methodologies, including comprehensive experiment design, deployment strategies, and statistical interpretation.
  • Technical Stack: Advanced technical skills working with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow) and utilizing data visualization or product analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Hex).
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work alongside non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup Experience: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment managing dynamic analytical priorities.
  • Domain Knowledge: Prior experience within the healthcare or healthtech industry.
  • Strategic Impact: Proven ability to connect analytics insights directly to business strategy, influencing product decisions that drive revenue and platform growth.
  • Advanced Scripting: Advanced proficiency in Python or R for data analytics and scripting with event-based data.

Compensation

  • The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors. The client maintains full transparency of pay ranges regardless of location within the U.S.
