As we grow, we need a senior, experienced IT professional who can independently manage our entire technology landscape, lead vendor partnerships, and ensure our digital presence remains seamless and secure.
Role overview
As Project Manager – IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the organisation's IT lead — overseeing infrastructure, managing third-party vendors, handling all digital platforms, and coordinating IT projects from initiation to closure. This is a high-ownership, senior individual-contributor role with strategic visibility.
Key responsibilities
IT infrastructure & support
- Manage and maintain all organisation email accounts and domain ( MS Teams)
- Handle domain registration, DNS configuration, SSL certificates, and timely renewals
- Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support to all remote team members
- Manage cloud platforms — OneDrive, Zoom, MS Teams
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices — 2FA, password policies, data backups, and access control
- Onboard and offboard users across all digital tools and platforms
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software license tracking

Website & LMS management
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the organisation's website (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) — user access, content upload, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with developers or agencies for website enhancements and upgrades
- Monitor website uptime, performance, and security patches
Third-party web handle management
- Monitor all third-party digital accounts — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Microsoft teams, and other platforms
- Monitor platform policy changes and ensure accounts remain compliant
- Handle account recovery, verification, and access management for all digital handles
Vendor management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party IT vendors and service providers
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing with hosting providers, software vendors, and freelancers
- Manage ongoing vendor relationships — track deliverables, renewals, and performance
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and platforms to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain a vendor register with contract timelines, costs, and contact details
Project management
- Lead and coordinate all IT-related projects from planning through to delivery
- Maintain project timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to leadership
- Prepare periodic IT reports and present recommendations to management

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent proven experience)
- 6–10 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT project management
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors, SLAs, and IT contracts
- Hands-on experience with domain management, DNS, web hosting, and SSL
- Proficiency in website management via WordPress or any CMS platform
- Experience administering an LMS
- Strong experience managing social media and third-party web handles at an organisational level
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment
