Pay Range: $48.00 – $55.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)

Position Summary
We are seeking an Endpoint Management Administrator to support the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint systems across Windows-based environments. This role focuses heavily on SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, patch management, operating system deployment (OSD), endpoint compliance, and automation within large enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting capabilities, an automation-first mindset, and hands-on experience supporting modern endpoint management technologies, cloud integration, and enterprise device operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments
- Manage AD groups, collections, compliance baselines, policies, and co-management configurations between SCCM and Intune
- Package, test, deploy, update, and retire enterprise applications using SCCM and/or Intune
- Troubleshoot software deployment failures and optimize deployment methods
- Manage monthly patch cycles using SCCM, WSUS, and Intune technologies
- Build and maintain task sequences and AutoPilot configurations for operating system deployment and device provisioning
- Manage gold images and driver packages to support hardware refresh initiatives
- Enforce endpoint security baselines, compliance policies, and endpoint protection configurations
- Assist with vulnerability remediation and audit-related requirements
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, deployments, and reporting
- Monitor endpoint health, deployment status, compliance metrics, and operational performance
- Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint-related incidents and troubleshooting
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and reporting metrics

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft SCCM / MECM
- Experience administering Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
- Strong Windows 10/11 administration experience
- Experience with software packaging and enterprise application deployment
- Strong patch management experience using WSUS, SCCM, and Intune
- Operating System Deployment (OSD) experience
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Experience automating deployments, patching, and reporting workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate manual processes into scalable automated solutions
- Experience working within enterprise endpoint management environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Typically 3–7 years of endpoint or systems administration experience
- Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
- 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience preferred
