About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Frontend Developer to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications that are scalable, secure, and high-performing. This position requires a developer who is not only proficient in React and TypeScript but also possesses a solid understanding of backend integrations, Azure-hosted architectures, and web security practices. As a senior member of the development team, you will collaborate closely with backend (.NET/Azure) teams, designers, and offshore developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing application performance, ensuring responsiveness across devices, and supporting modernization efforts of legacy systems. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on front-end development experience, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript. You should possess expert-level skills in CSS, particularly in creating responsive layouts and performance-optimized styling. A solid understanding of frontend architecture patterns and experience integrating React applications with .NET backend APIs are essential. Familiarity with Azure-hosted applications, including App Services and APIs, is required. You should also have experience with code reviews, testing, deployment processes, and web security best practices. Excellent communication skills are vital, as the role involves interacting with business stakeholders and offshore teams. Additional preferred qualifications include experience with C# / .NET, Azure services, SQL or Cosmos DB, frontend testing frameworks, and prior work in enterprise or SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Frontend Developer, your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and documenting enterprise-grade React applications using TypeScript. Ensuring that applications perform smoothly across various desktop and mobile browsers will be a primary focus. You will own the front-end performance, responsiveness, and usability, making sure that user experiences are optimized and consistent. Collaborating closely with backend teams on API contracts, error handling, and security measures is crucial to ensure seamless integration and data integrity. You will work with designers to translate UX designs into functional interfaces, providing feedback on feasibility and consistency.
