Job Description


Duration: 6–9 month contract


Must-Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar role
  • Experience coordinating interviews across multiple U.S. time zones
  • Familiarity with background check workflows and pre‑employment screening
  • Professional, candidate‑facing communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast‑paced, remote environment

Plusses

  • Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (ATS)
  • Experience with ADP (HRIS)
  • Exposure to background check compliance or employment law basics
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Day-to-Day

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end interview scheduling, including multi‑round and panel interviews
  • Manage calendars, video links, and interview logistics across time zones
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Initiate and track background checks; monitor completion and flag issues
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS
  • Support HR operations, including inbox management, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Communicate proactively with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring on track
