In this position you will serve as the senior IT Specialist (INFOSEC), acting as the cornerstone of the cybersecurity posture for mission-critical Air Force systems. You will be responsible for navigating the complexities of DoD regulations and real-world threats to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Security Clearance: You must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Candidates with a current and active TS/SCI are highly preferred.
- Certifications/Licensure: Information Assurance Certification is a condition of employment. Per DoD 8570.01-M, the incumbent of this position must achieve the appropriate Information Assurance certification within six months of assignment. A current DoD 8140/8570 IAM Level II or III certification (such as CISSP or CISM) is highly desired.

- Expert knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to lead the entire assessment and authorization (A&A) lifecycle for complex systems to achieve and maintain their Authority to Operate (ATO).
- Ability to develop, maintain, and enforce security policies, System Security Plans (SSPs), and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) in accordance with NIST, CNSSI, and DoD standards.
- Skill in directing vulnerability management programs using tools such as ACAS and Nessus, and leading incident response activities from detection through recovery.
