Role Overview


We’re hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. This is an entry-level role designed for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in sales and performance marketing.


⚠️ Important: This role is offered on a self-employed / independent contractor basis. Candidates must be comfortable operating as a freelancer and managing their own taxes and legal requirements.


You’ll focus on outbound lead generation, cold outreach, and qualifying opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn and email) targeting defined ICPs and relevant brands

Research and identify prospective clients using industry databases, app-store insights, and market trends

Personalise outreach using insights such as app performance, growth signals, and category trends

Qualify outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-ups

Meet and exceed monthly KPIs focused on lead quality, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution


Who This Role Is For:


Junior or entry-level sales professionals aiming to grow into a Sales Manager / AE position

Candidates eager to learn outbound sales and performance marketing


Requirements:


3-6 months of experience in sales, SDR, or business development (SaaS, marketing, data, or affiliate a plus)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with cold outreach 

Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
