About The Role

As a Staff Frontend Engineer at DualEntry, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. Operating with full ownership, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying major components of the product UI using React and Next.js. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our innovative ERP platform, simplifying complex workflows through intuitive and optimized interactive experiences. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure smooth integration and clarity across the platform. Additionally, you will contribute to defining our frontend system and component library as the company scales, elevating the overall quality and polish of our product. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on excellence, speed, and continuous improvement. You will operate in a fast-moving environment, making quick decisions, deploying daily, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in frontend development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js
• Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of responsive UI design, accessibility, and usability principles
• Proficiency in building and testing APIs; familiar with HTTP, Postman, and debugging tools
• Strong product thinking with an eye for design details and polish

• Pragmatic mindset with the ability to move quickly and make decisions based on reality
