The OpportunityNext Match AI LLC is looking for a structured, analytical Product Manager to own the localized roadmap of our global AI recruitment systems and core HR API layers. As the Kingdom leads a massive transformation in digital workplace frameworks under Vision 2030, our platform matches enterprise needs with rapid talent fulfillment.
Operating remotely within Saudi Arabia, you will translate market trends into clear technical specifications, steering the evolution of our high-security Digital ID Check portals and machine learning pipelines. You will collaborate daily with product leaders, UX researchers, and our backend engineering hub in Abu Dhabi to launch features built for scale.
Key Responsibilities- Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and drive the execution of features for Next Match AI LLC’s commercial software stack across the GCC.
- API Delivery Strategy: Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize the implementation workflows for our core HR API, ensuring easy integration with client HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Compliance Integration: Partner with legal and technical teams to guarantee every platform upgrade meets strict SDAIA and Saudi data residency regulations.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze client platform metrics, user engagement patterns, and conversion funnels to continuously polish our matching engine efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Create detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria while bridging business requirements with technical execution.
