I’m helping David Moya Real Estate find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager (Remote | Future Relocation to UAE).
You'll define global growth, leveraging AI to scale premium real estate investments across continents.
Compensation:
COP 4M - 5M/month
+ Bonuses (up to 30% of base compensation)

The role starts fully remote from Colombia, with full willingness and contractual readiness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates if required in the future.
Key responsibilities
Growth strategy & leadership
Define and execute the global marketing and growth strategy
Build scalable customer acquisition and lead generation systems
Manage key KPIs including CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
Coordinate international campaigns across UAE, Europe, and Latin America
Paid media & performance marketing
Full ownership of paid advertising campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
