I’m helping David Moya Real Estate find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager (Remote | Future Relocation to UAE).

You'll define global growth, leveraging AI to scale premium real estate investments across continents.

Compensation:

COP 4M - 5M/month

+ Bonuses (up to 30% of base compensation)

As part of our global expansion strategy, we are looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to lead and scale our marketing and growth function.

The opportunity

This is not a traditional corporate role. We need someone capable of building and executing modern growth systems powered by AI and focused on measurable business results.

Branding and positioning

Lead generation and conversion optimization

The role starts fully remote from Colombia, with full willingness and contractual readiness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates if required in the future.

Key responsibilities

Growth strategy & leadership

Define and execute the global marketing and growth strategy

Build scalable customer acquisition and lead generation systems

Manage key KPIs including CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality

Coordinate international campaigns across UAE, Europe, and Latin America

Paid media & performance marketing

Full ownership of paid advertising campaigns across:

Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)

Google Ads

LinkedIn Ads

TikTok Ads

YouTube Ads

Responsibilities include:

Campaign setup and management

Continuous optimization

A/B testing and scaling

Retargeting strategies

Audience segmentation

Landing page optimization

Budget allocation

Performance reporting

AI-driven marketing

Strong hands-on experience with AI marketing tools is essential.

AI-generated ad creatives and copywriting

Lead all organic growth and SEO strategy:

Keyword research and content strategy

Manage email marketing and CRM automation systems:

Lead nurturing sequences

Drip campaigns

Required experience

Minimum requirements:

5+ years in digital marketing / performance marketing

3+ years leading teams or growth strategy

Proven experience in:

Email marketing and automation

Growth marketing

AI-driven marketing

PR and communications

Real estate experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
