The Senior Technical Recruiter plays a foundational role in building and refining recruitment processes and programs within the organization. This position acts as a strategic partner by defining talent needs aligned with projected growth and team structures, managing candidate sourcing and screening, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role is critical to attracting and securing engineering talent in a competitive market, directly impacting the organization''s growth and talent acquisition effectiveness.


3. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment processes and programs

• Define talent needs based on growth projections and team structures

• Source, prescreen, and present candidates

• Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate hiring decisions

• Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process

• Identify strategies to successfully close candidate offers

• Provide candidates with information to support their decision-making

• Innovate recruiting approaches for competitive talent acquisition


4. Requirements:

• Ideally 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience with measurable impact

• Experience partnering with engineering leadership

• Proven success hiring senior backend, fullstack, frontend engineers, and engineering leaders

• Ability to represent the organization effectively to candidates

• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers

• Track record of sourcing qualified candidates through multiple channels

• Capacity to manage multiple roles and maintain a consistent talent pipeline

• Skill in prioritizing and adapting in a dynamic environment

• Creative and resourceful problem-solving abilities


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $150,000 - $220,000 USD per year, location independent

• Equity compensation in the form of ISO options with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window
