Our HR function is integral to scaling our people-first culture, ensuring compliance, and enabling seamless onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management for our growing regional teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration in compliance with UAE labor law.
- Coordinate payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and statutory filings (WPS, MOHRE, Emirates ID).
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining ATS records.
- Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries—resolving issues related to policies, benefits, and documentation.
- Organize internal HR events, training sessions, and compliance workshops aligned with company culture and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS databases, and audit-ready documentation for MOHRE and internal reviews.
