About The Opportunity

A dynamic and fast-paced player in the UAE’s import-export and logistics sector, we specialize in cross-border trade operations, supplier coordination, and end-to-end supply chain execution across the GCC region. Our HR function is integral to scaling our people-first culture, ensuring compliance, and enabling seamless onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management for our growing regional teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration in compliance with UAE labor law.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and statutory filings (WPS, MOHRE, Emirates ID).
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining ATS records.
  • Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries—resolving issues related to policies, benefits, and documentation.
  • Organize internal HR events, training sessions, and compliance workshops aligned with company culture and legal standards.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS databases, and audit-ready documentation for MOHRE and internal reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
    • HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, SAP HR)
    • UAE labor law compliance
    • WPS payroll systems
    • MOHRE portal navigation
    • Employee onboarding/offboarding processes
    • ATS recruitment tools
    • Microsoft Excel (data validation, pivot tables)
    • Emirates ID & visa processing documentation
  • Preferred
    • Experience with GCC labor regulations (Saudi, Qatar, Oman)
    • Arabic language proficiency (written/spoken)
    • Certification in HR Essentials or SHRM-CP
