Role Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer for a full-time, remote role to lead and elevate the user experience of our Web3 products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful design solutions, develop user-friendly product interfaces, and lead design thinking workshops. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research, creating prototypes, and refining visual designs while ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design language and workflows for our innovative ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Visual Design and Product Design to craft functional and visually compelling designs.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and problem-solving methodologies to create user-centered solutions.
- Experience in User Research and UX Research to gather insights and inform design decisions effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past design work, including Web3 or digital ecosystem projects (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain technologies, or decentralized platforms is a plus.
