The role
The AI Output Tester is a new addition to our internal technical team. As we integrate large language models into our document review and data analysis processes, we need humans to verify that the results are accurate and logically sound. You are not there to fix the code: you are there to critique the prose and the reasoning. You will act as a quality control layer, ensuring that any AI-generated summary or preliminary report matches the source material and follows our firm's specific writing standards. It is a detail-oriented position that requires a skeptical mind and a high standard for clarity. This role is fully remote and operates on a full-time, permanent basis.

What you will do

• Review internal AI summaries of client interviews and organizational documents to check for factual errors or misinterpretations.
• Compare automated data extractions against raw spreadsheets to ensure every figure is correctly transcribed and categorized.
• Grade the clarity of AI-generated text based on our internal style guide, identifying where the software uses vague or circular language.
• Provide feedback to our engineering team on recurring failures in logic or tone within the models.
• Fact-check specific claims made in draft reports by tracing them back to original board minutes or policy documents.
• Help build a library of high-quality examples that serve as benchmarks for future AI training and refinement.

What we need from you

• A strong command of the English language with a focus on professional, no-nonsense writing.
