π About the Role
We are looking for a Data Platform Support Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the stability, monitoring, and troubleshooting of production data pipelines in a cloud-native environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in data engineering, backend development, or platform operations who want to work with modern data technologies and analytical systems.
You will be responsible for resolving production incidents, analyzing data-related issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve the reliability of data flows. The role involves working with technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Dataflow, and workflow orchestration tools.

π§ What you'll be working on
In this role, you will monitor and support both batch and streaming data pipelines built on technologies such as Scio, Google Dataflow, BigQuery, and GCS. Your responsibilities will include incident analysis, root cause identification, and close collaboration with engineering, product, and platform teams to design long-term solutions. You will also support orchestration workflows using tools like Flyte or Styx, improve monitoring, alerting, and documentation, and participate in incident management and post-incident review processes. You will work in an agile, highly technical environment focused on quality, reliability, and automation.
