- Design, implement, and optimize observability integrations across enterprise environments
- Build and maintain scalable observability solutions for logs, metrics, and distributed tracing
- Improve platform reliability, visibility, and monitoring standards across complex systems
- Develop and optimize telemetry pipelines using industry-standard collectors and related tooling
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, and ELK
- Standardize and automate observability and monitoring frameworks across engineering teams
- Collaborate with Platform Engineers, SREs, and development teams to drive observability adoption
- Support Kubernetes and microservices-based environments with monitoring and reliability best practices
- Contribute to enterprise-wide observability initiatives impacting large-scale engineering organizations
- Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting capabilities across distributed systems

- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Observability Engineering
- Hands-on experience implementing and integrating observability and monitoring solutions
- Strong experience with observability and monitoring tools such as:

- ELK Stack
