Senior Network Engineer - Europe wide (Fully remote)

Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and support large scale spine leaf data center fabrics across AI, HPC and GPU heavy environments
- Build and maintain EVPN/VXLAN overlays using BGP, SRv6, IPv6, underlay routing and modern data center networking architectures
- Troubleshoot complex network performance, latency, routing and stability issues across high throughput, low latency production environments
- Work closely with systems, platform, storage and hardware engineering teams on integrated infrastructure solutions, GPU clusters and large scale compute environments
- Support network automation and infrastructure as code initiatives using Python, Ansible, APIs and automated provisioning/monitoring tools
- Contribute to capacity planning, scalability, optimisation, migrations, new data center deployments and operational standards across rapidly growing infrastructure environments

Qualifications
- Strong background in data center, hyperscale, ISP, hosting, cloud or service provider networking environments
- Hands on experience designing and supporting EVPN/VXLAN spine leaf fabrics, overlay/underlay networking and large scale L2/L3 architectures
- Strong routing and switching knowledge across BGP, OSPF, SRv6, MPLS, IPv6, ECMP and low latency data center networking environments
- Experience working in high availability, high throughput production infrastructure with a strong focus on scalability, resilience and performance optimisation
- Knowledge of network automation and infrastructure as code using Python, Ansible, Terraform, APIs, Git or automated provisioning/monitoring tools
- Experience with Juniper, Arista or Cisco technologies alongside Linux based systems, network troubleshooting and complex incident resolution
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision making skills
