As a "team of one" supported by a small group of key vendors, you will also be responsible for executing these go-to-market plans to reach our new priority audiences: parents of girls, teens, women who care about girls rights.

    • Design and execute A/B tests for email subject lines, landing pages, and social ad creative to maximize ROI.
    • Partner with the Operations team to build and maintain shared dashboards and reporting infrastructure that track marketing KPIs across campaigns, channels, and audiences.

  • Customer Journey Mapping and Lead Generation:
    • Experience building segmented audience journeys that improve donor acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall lifetime value.
    • Drive VOW's lead-generation, nurture and email marketing strategy with an eye towards continuously improving CRM email segments and utilizing data sources to help inform segmentation strategy across email and other digital channels (e.g., paid, social media, etc.).

  • Content Creation and Storytelling:
    • Direct the production of compelling content across formats — copywriting, email, social copy, graphics, and short-form video — relying on a small group of key vendors. The ability to create content yourself is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience testing growth strategies with new audiences and designing experiments to drive continuous learning.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive growth.
  • Experience optimizing websites and content for SEO and emerging AI-driven search experiences, including keyword strategy, content structuring, and discoverability best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing workflows and automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Lovable, Claude, Jasper, Canva, Adobe Express, Asana, ChatGPT, etc.) that improve efficiency, audience insights, and rapid, on-brand content production at scale.
  • Experience managing agency partners and budgets.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining marketing dashboards and reports - not just interpreting data handed to you, but pulling, cleaning, and structuring it.

How To Apply
Applications will be accepted through June 9, 2026. Apply below with your resume and cover letter, telling us why you’d be an exceptional candidate for this role.

You'll be asked four additional questions as part of your application. Please keep your answers at this stage brief, under 250 words for each question:

  • VOW is looking to grow its supporter base among audiences we haven't engaged with before, parents of girls and teens. What's one growth channel or tactic you'd prioritize first to reach one of these groups? What hypothesis leads you to that channel or tactic?
  • We are a small team, which means you'll own strategy and execution, while directing a small number of vendors. Share an example of a project where you were both the strategist and the primary executor. What did you create yourself, and what did you delegate?
  • Tell us about a campaign or marketing strategy you led that didn't work. What did you try, why did it fail, and what would you do differently?
  • Tell us about a marketing dashboard or report you built yourself (not one an analyst or team member built for you). What did you choose to track, what data sources did you pull from, and how did it impact a decision you made?

Please note that you must have the right to work in your location before your first day.

DON’T MEET EVERY SINGLE REQUIREMENT?
We still encourage you to apply! Studies show that women, non-binary applicants, and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification. However, at VOW for Girls, our diverse backgrounds, perspectives, identities, and talents help us thrive.
