Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing technology Series A startup in Los Angeles building real-time, mission-critical software for a highly regulated, safety-critical industry.

This is not a narrow SRE or DevOps role. You'll own the full infrastructure stack — cloud architecture, distributed systems, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and platform security — and make foundational decisions that the entire engineering organisation depends on.

What you'll own:

• Cloud environments, compute orchestration, networking, and storage on AWS
• Infrastructure-as-Code and automated provisioning via Terraform

• Observability stack — logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, alerting (Grafana)
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability
• Platform security — identity, access control, incident response

You're a fit if you:

• Have 4+ years building and operating production infrastructure
• Deep expertise in Terraform, AWS, Docker, and Grafana
• Obsess over reliability, high availability, and performance

Requirements:

• US Citizen - visa sponsorship/transfers unavailable.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles
• Available to work onsite 5 days per week

Compensation: $180,000 – $210,000 base + competitive equity
