Influencer Marketing Manager - Global Expansion

MOJAM is looking for an Influence Marketing Manager to scale our influencer game across different GEOs. You’ll source YouTube/Twitch creators, launch high-performing campaigns, negotiate placements, and drive KPIs like ROAS & CAC. You’ll also work closely with influencers on growth strategies and team up with the IM crew to optimize processes, analyze performance, and push brand awareness to the next level.

📍 What to Do

• Search for YouTube/Twitch (alike) influencers
• Handle negotiations for the video ads placements
• Communicate with bloggers
• Manage the launching of GEO campaigns/platforms
• Actively engage in improving the overall effectiveness of the IM department (KPI: ROAS, CAC)
• Take part in analyzing placement results
• Consult influencers on account development strategy and audience attraction
• Participate in conducting ongoing analysis of launched campaigns in specific GEOs & audience analysis
• Improve the quality and effectiveness of the IM team processes
• Participate in organizing and managing BAW-projects
  
  

🦸 Your Superpowers

• Spoken and written English: B2+
• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing
• Experience in negotiations
• 2+ years of experience in marketing
• Understanding of cybersports
• Knowledge of digital performance marketing approaches and methodologies
• Experience working with analytical tools
  
  

🤘 Bonus Points

• Passion for CS2
• Experience running your own influencer channel
• Understanding of SEO/SERM and YouTube algorithms
• Fluent in Chinese / German / Spanish / French / Portuguese / Polish (any of these languages)
• Extensive experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Experience participating in brainstorming sessions and developing creative campaigns and ideas
