Enterprise Architect – Hybrid Cloud & AI | Relocation to Dubai, UAE

A major enterprise technology organisation is looking to hire an experienced Enterprise Architect to support large-scale modernization and cloud transformation initiatives across the UAE market.

This is a senior client-facing architecture role focused on helping enterprise and government customers shape future-state technology strategies across cloud, AI, automation, integration, cybersecurity, and infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside senior business and technology stakeholders to shape future-state IT transformation initiatives and enterprise strategy
• Build end-to-end solution models across hybrid environments, cloud ecosystems, enterprise platforms, and modern application architectures
• Contribute to large-scale enterprise bids and strategic opportunities through technical validation, governance support, architecture assessments, and proposal development
• Develop high-level modernization plans covering areas such as AI, data platforms, automation, cybersecurity, integration, and critical infrastructure technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery, pre-sales, and partner teams to position enterprise-wide technology solutions

• Produce technical standards, reference models, reusable solution assets, and architecture documentation to support wider business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience within enterprise IT environments.
• 5+ years in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or senior technical advisory positions.

• Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks, ideally TOGAF.
• Experience designing hybrid cloud, containerised, and modern infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to architect end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains.
• Hands-on exposure to IBM Hybrid Cloud technologies, including OpenShift and Cloud Paks.
• Familiarity with watsonx, AI-driven platforms, and data modernisation initiatives.
• Understanding of enterprise integration, orchestration, and automation technologies.
• BM and/or Red Hat certifications would be considered an advantage.
