Job Description
About the company
An early-stage, founder-led company building the AI layer for the modern finance function. It pulls revenue and customer data into one reliable view, so CFOs at private-equity-backed businesses can make decisions from numbers they trust. It's bootstrapped, revenue is doubling quarter on quarter, and it's on a clear path to profitability. The leadership team is small and has built and scaled major SaaS companies before, and AI runs through both the product and the way the team works.
About the role
A hands-on backend role with ownership from day one. You'll report to the Head of Engineering on a small, fast-moving team and lead major product initiatives, including the systems behind the company's AI financial analysis engine.
How you think and whether you care about the product matter more here than your CV. You'll work close to customers, make the technical calls yourself, and ship features that go straight into production. The draw is autonomy, hard technical problems, and meaningful equity in a company on a clear path to profitability.
