Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to find great candidates, build relationships, and deliver results. This is a remote, commission based role with the opportunity to relocate to Dubai as we grow.
At Whitecarrot, we are building the AI talent marketplace of the future, already trusted by hundreds of employers across the GCC (Gulf). We are now launching our Rent a Recruiter service and are looking for a top tier recruiter to work directly with our customers and help them hire the right people.
This is not a traditional in-house recruiter role. You will be working as a fractional recruiter for multiple companies, finding great candidates, running outreach, and delivering shortlists that hiring managers actually get excited about.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with customers to understand their hiring requirements and what a great candidate looks like for their role
- Headhunt and source candidates using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other sourcing tools
- Run outreach sequences to engage candidates and assess their interest and fit
- Speak to candidates, evaluate them, and present only the best to the hiring manager
- Prepare high quality shortlists and share them with customers in a clear and simple format
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate notes and feedback in our ATS
- Share product feedback to help improve our AI sourcing tools as you use them

- Minimum 2 years of experience at a recruitment agency catering to the UAE or KSA market
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
- Strong headhunting and sourcing skills, you know how to find people who are not actively looking
- Comfortable hiring for both tech and non-tech roles
- High attention to detail, you would not send a profile that does not meet the brief
- Self starter who does not need hand-holding to get results
- Someone who can build trust with hiring managers quickly
- Familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, or Signal Hire
