Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Ruby on Rails
- Build and enhance modern web applications using React and TypeScript
- Take ownership of features end-to-end, from concept through delivery and iteration
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact solutions
- Proactively improve requirements, suggest technical solutions, and drive product improvements
- Continuously explore and understand the client’s product to improve customer experience
- Contribute to technical discussions and help shape architecture and best practices
