Herbtonics is a fast-growing U.S. dietary supplements brand competing at the top of Amazon’s most competitive categories. We’re a lean, remote team. We move fast, we’re data-driven, and every advertising decision we make shows up directly in revenue.
We’re hiring an Amazon PPC Specialist to own and scale the advertising behind a real American brand. This is a performance-ownership role, not a button-pusher seat. You’ll work directly with our Creative & PPC Lead and be measured on the numbers you move, not the tickets you close.
What You'll Own
- Campaigns: plan, launch, and optimize across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- The budget: bids, keyword and search-term strategy, and negative targeting, all managed to hit ACOS and TACOS goals.
- The decisions: daily campaign analysis turned into moves that grow profitable ad sales, not just spend.
- The creative: ad assets you produce yourself: Sponsored Brand creative, video ads, and supporting listing visuals.
- The system: reporting that keeps advertising, creative, and listings working as one.
You won’t wait to be told what to optimize. You’ll dig into the data, watch the competition, and act with intention.

What Good Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- By Day 30: a full account audit: campaign structure, wasted spend, and search-term gaps mapped; baseline ACOS/TACOS established; quick-win negative targeting live.
- By Day 60: restructured campaigns running, bid and budget discipline in place, and your first ad-creative tests in market.
- By Day 90: a measurable move in ACOS/TACOS, profitable ad sales scaling, and a creative pipeline that keeps producing.
By month three, we should be able to point at the account and see your impact in the numbers.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon PPC, personally managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- A track record you can prove (improving ACOS/TACOS and scaling ad sales profitably) ideally for U.S. or other English-speaking markets.
- Fluency with campaign structure, keyword and search-term research, bid and budget management, and negative targeting.
- Comfort in the data (Search Term Reports, bulk operations, and Seller or Vendor Central) with solid Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- A clear grasp of how creative drives click-through and conversion, and the instinct to act on it.
- Creative skills to match: you can produce and refine ad creative yourself in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (video editing in Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus).
- High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and excellent written and spoken English.

This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates across India, working in IST. Part-time or contract arrangements will also be considered for the right person.
